  1. When they leave you after reading immediately
    Don’t ask. Did you like it? right away. That feels like pressure. Instead, blame the technology. It gives them an innocent excuse to reply.
    Try This: Salam👋 just checking if that file opened okay? Sometimes WhatsApp acts up with big PDFs. Let me know if you want me to send the images instead.
  2. When they say I’ll let you know.
    This usually means they are stalling. You need to politely remind them that the property won’t be there forever.
    Try This: Hi, just a quick update. Someone else is coming to see that same plot tomorrow morning. I haven’t promised them anything yet because I wanted to check with you first. Should I hold it or let them view it.
  3. When they need to ask The Family
    When a client says I need to ask my wife/father, don’t just say “Okay.” Offer to help them explain it.
    Try This: Totally understand. Big decision! To make it easier, I wrote down the 3 main reasons why this block is a safe investment. You can share this with the family to help explain the value. Want me to send it?
  4. When they think the price is too high
    Remind them that in Pakistan, waiting usually costs more money than buying.
    Try This: I hear you. The market is definitely up. But honestly, looking at the dollar rate, this price might look ‘cheap’ in 6 months. If the budget is tight, I have a slightly different option nearby. Should I share that one?
  5. When they disappear for a week
    If they are ghosting you, pull the offer away. This is called the Door Closer. Surprisingly, telling people you are leaving makes them want you back.
    Try This: Salam. I assume you’ve found something else or put the search on hold, which is totally fine! I’ll close your file on my end so I don’t keep bothering you with messages. If you need anything later, I’m here. Good luck!
